Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reputr, a review management software platform provided by Reputr ("Reputr", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Reputr, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Reputr helps businesses create review pages, generate QR codes, collect customer feedback, manage feedback in a dashboard, configure review destinations, and view basic analytics. Reputr does not guarantee reviews, ratings, search rankings, customer responses, or business results.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use Reputr for your business. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, team access, and activity under your account.
3. Compliance
You are responsible for your review collection practices, customer communications, QR code placement, and use of public review destinations. You must not use Reputr to create fake reviews, mislead customers, coerce reviews, offer improper incentives, violate platform policies, or break the law.
4. Customer Data
You own the business content, review settings, QR labels, and customer feedback you submit or collect through Reputr. You allow Reputr to host, process, display, and use that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Reputr, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, bypass security, scrape data except as permitted, resell the service without permission, send spam, infringe rights, or use Reputr for harmful activity.
6. Billing and Cancellation
Plan details and pricing are shown on the website or in the dashboard. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
7. Third Parties and Ownership
Reputr may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, payment, email, support, and review platform services. Those services have their own terms. Reputr's software, dashboard, branding, templates, code, and documentation belong to Reputr or its licensors.
8. Liability, Changes, and Contact
Reputr is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Questions may be sent to support@reputr.co.
