Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Reputr handles trials, billing, cancellations, and refund requests.
1. Free Trial
Reputr may offer a 15-day free trial. If the trial does not require a payment method, you will not be charged automatically when it ends. Paid access begins only when you choose a paid plan or authorize payment.
2. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan, billing period, number of locations, discounts, and pricing shown at checkout or in the dashboard. Fees are usually charged in advance and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel from account settings or by contacting support@reputr.co if settings are unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund or credit for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, charges after confirmed cancellation, or extended service unavailability that prevents use of paid core features.
5. Requests and Updates
To request a refund, email support@reputr.co with your account email, business name, charge date, amount, and reason. Unless required by law, we generally do not refund unused time, partial billing periods, public review outcomes, or third-party platform decisions. We may update this Policy by posting a revised version here.
